(copy and then paste it on a Word blank document file and then print it out and fill in the information). Please make all checks payable to the BFF (Buddhist Faith Fellowship). All donations are non-refundable except if a course or workshop is permanently canceled.

Also, you may return this NEIBS Registration Form to us during a BFF Sunday morning gathering. NEIBS is the direct educational arm of the Buddhist Faith Fellowship of Connecticut (BFF), which is a tax exempt organization, under section 501 (c) (3) of the IRS code. This means that donations are tax deductible.
