Please copy the NEIBS Registration Form below and select the course or workshop you wish to enroll, and then send it to the address stated on the bottom of the form. (copy and then paste it on a Word blank document file and then print it out and fill in the information). Please make all checks payable to the BFF (Buddhist Faith Fellowship). All donations are non-refundable except if a course or workshop is permanently canceled.

Also, you may return this NEIBS Registration Form to us during a BFF Sunday morning gathering. NEIBS is the direct educational arm of the Buddhist Faith Fellowship of Connecticut (BFF), which is a tax exempt organization, under section 501 (c) (3) of the IRS code. This means that donations are tax deductible.
